A SYMPATHIZING SAVIOR
“For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.”

CAN JESUS SYMPATHIZE WITH US IN OUR STRUGGLES?
Well,
– He was born in lowly accommodations. Luke 2:7
– He was born to poor parents who could not bring a lamb for an offering. Leviticus 12:6,8 Luke 2:24
– His life was threatened as a baby. Matthew 2:13
– He was obviously without an earthly father at a young age, and supported his mother and siblings.
– He had no place to lay His head. Matthew 8:20
– He was opposed by religionists.
– He was charged with insanity and demon possession. Luke 11:15
– He was hated by most of His listeners.
– He was betrayed by one who appeared to be a friend. Luke 22:48
– He was forsaken by all. Isaiah 53:6
– He had to undergo unfair trial. Matthew 26:59
– He was mocked. Matthew 27:31
– He was crucified. Matthew 27:33-35
– “He is despised and rejected of men; (((a man of sorrows))), and acquainted with grief … he was despised, and we esteemed him not.”
Isaiah 53:3
There is no one who knows how we feel like Jesus. There is no one that can help like Jesus.
Would you talk to Him about it today? He understands and He always makes a way.
