THE MEANS OF MAKING GOD’S MESSAGE KNOWN
“For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!” 1 Corinthians 9:16
Many years ago Bill Bright told the story that years ago at the opening of a disarmament conference, in the midst of a speech of King George of England, someone, tripped over the wires of the Columbia Broadcasting Company, tearing them loose and interrupting service. The chief operator quickly grasped the loose wires in his bare hands, holding them in contact, and for 20 minutes the current passed through him while repairs were being made. His hands were slightly burned, but through them the words of the king passed on to millions of listeners, and were heard distinctly. Without his courage and endurance, the king’s message would have failed to reach its destination.
Now think about how that relates to our responsibility as Christians to communicate the gospel to those in the bondage of sin that they might be delivered from condemnation.
Jesus Christ, the King of Kings, has chosen to send His message of salvation to the lost and dying world through human means. Whatever the cost, circumstances, or consequences we must communicate the gospel to reach those who have never heard. Every faithful Christian who is willing is a human instrument through whom the King’s voice is reaching the lost with a message of deliverance, freedom and peace, which is vastly more important than the message from London.
God forbid that we waste our time on thr frivolous things of this world rather than dedicating ourselves to delivering the glorious gospel to those who are condemned in the sight of God. Their eternal destiny depends on our dedication to the Lord to deliver the only message that can save the lost! Let us start today and not stop until we take our last breath.- HDS

Never Give Up! God Never Does! 🙌
Feeling worn out? Thinking about giving up? You’re not alone. Life gets heavy, and exhaustion whispers, “Is this even worth it?”
But here’s the truth: God never gives up on you. He doesn’t give up on you or His goals. 💙 And that means you have every reason to keep pressing forward.
Hold On to His Promise 🛡️
When life feels overwhelming, Hebrews 10:23 reminds us:
“Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised).”God doesn’t forget His promises. His faithfulness is rock-solid. He never quits.
⚡ Every prayer you’ve prayed, every step you’ve taken—it matters. Even when it feels like no one sees, God does.
And He guarantees success—not fleeting recognition, but eternal impact through faithfulness—if not now, then later.
Look to Christ, Not Circumstances 👀
Jesus faced rejection, betrayal, and deep suffering. Yet, He pressed on—not because it was easy, but because the mission mattered.
✨ Galatians 6:9 encourages us:
“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”Translation? Your hard work is never wasted! Keep going. The harvest is coming. 🌱
🚀 Memory Verses To Encourage You
📖 1 Corinthians 9:24 – “Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.”🔹 Paul compares life to a race, urging us to run with determination. Our journey isn’t about coasting along—it’s about pressing forward with focus, faith, and perseverance.
📖 Philippians 4:13 – “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”🔹 This verse reminds us that God’s strength kicks in when ours runs out. Whatever He has called us to, He will equip us—even when we feel exhausted.
📖 2 Chronicles 15:7 – “Be ye strong therefore, and let not your hands be weak: for your work shall be rewarded.”🔹 This is God’s direct encouragement to keep going. It assures us that our labor is not in vain. Even when the work feels unnoticed, God sees—and He rewards faithfulness.
📖 2 Corinthians 4:16 – “For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.”🔹 Life can wear us down, but this verse speaks of spiritual renewal. Even when outward circumstances drain us, God is constantly renewing our spirit.
💊 Three Spiritual “Vitamins” to Keep Moving Forward
1️⃣ Shift Your Focus – Instead of dwelling on struggles, focus on what God has done. Every answered prayer and past victory is proof that He won’t fail you now.
2️⃣ Run with Purpose – 1 Corinthians 9:24 tells us:
“Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.”🏆 Run to win! Stay focused, stay faithful, and trust that God equips those He calls.
3️⃣ Lean on His Strength – Some days, our strength won’t cut it—but Philippians 4:13 reminds us:
“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”🙏 You were never meant to carry it all alone. Christ promises to give you strength.
👉Take a break and rest. Regroup. Step away for a moment to clear your mind and refresh your perspective. Doing something different can help you regain your footing and see things anew. Reflect on Scripture—God’s promises, His faithfulness, and what truly matters—to renew your sense of purpose.
Don’t Give Up🌟
Your work matters. Your faithfulness is seen. God promises that your labor is not in vain!
✨ 2 Chronicles 15:7 gives us this powerful charge:
“Be ye strong therefore, and let not your hands be weak: for your work shall be rewarded.”So, don’t give up now. The finish line is ahead.
🏁 God sees, strengthens, and rewards faithfulness. Keep running your race, and trust that He is working through you.

HOW IMPORTANT ARE YOU—TO YOU?
Near Lincoln, Kansas, stands a group of gravestones that boggles the imagination. A farmer named David, a self-made and determined man, managed to amass a considerable fortune, but had few friends and no relatives for whom he cared.
When his wife died, David erected an elaborate statue showing both her and himself sitting at the opposite ends of a loveseat. So pleased was he with this monument that he commissioned the sculptor to create another, this time showing him kneeling at her grave with a wreath in his hand. And that made such a fine impression upon him that he set out to erect still another tombstone depicting his wife kneeling at his future graveside with a wreath. He even put wings on her back as she now resided in another world. So, as time passed and one idea led to another, he eventually spent over a quarter of a million dollars on monuments to his wife and himself.
David had no interest in aiding his fellowmen or benefiting his nearby town. Nor did he become a blessing to the church, for he used all of his resources on shrines to self. He died at the age of 92, a resident of the poorhouse, and his cherished stones are slowly but surely sinking into the Kansas soil, victimized by vandalism and neglect, weathered by time.
When I read that story I thought–that’s just like sinful human nature! Perhaps you don’t have the resources to do what David did, but you make the same mistake. Rather than seeking to glorify God by rendering service to others you seek only to gratify the flesh. Fact is—you can never find satisfaction by seeking it. Fulfillment in life comes only by knowing you have done your best to do your God-given duty. The best monument a person can leave is a life well lived, and you can’t do that without making yourself servant for Christ’s sake.-HDS, 1-30-12

ANNOUNCEMENT
ANNOUNCEMENT 2-28-26
DON’T FORGET ! Our Bible Conference begins in the morning. Dr.Pat Briney will preach tomorrow through Friday night about “Engaging Our Generation for Christ”.
We hear a lot about wretched condition of the world and the bleak outlook for the future, but we need to focus more on our God given mission. If you are truly concerned about others you need to hear these messages. If you care about the spiritual condition of others, this conference will prepare you to engage them regarding man’s only hope of heaven.
Also, don’t forget that Missionary Kevin Murdoch will be preaching Saturday 9:00-11:00am. This will in connection to the studies last June. If you remember that you won’t want to miss this!
I pray that you will attend every service possible, and that you will bring others with you. Please contact as many people as possible and invite them to join with us. Whether it is by word of mouth, telephone, or email help us get the news out. Something so simple as that can lead to something great. It could mean the difference between heaven and hell for someone.
Please don’t let this opportunity pass by without making an effort to reach others. How can we claim to care about people if we make no effort to bring them to Christ? Someone led you to Christ and you need to that someone to others. This conference will help prepare you to engage others in conversation about the most important thing in life – a personal relationship with Christ. Hope to see you there!
Yours in Christ, Bro. Stone.
